I ordered a MILK photo book for my girlfriend's birthday. What I liked:- The final product felt premium and sturdy, with quality materials used for the hardcover and the pages - The ordering and delivery process (after I've finished building the photo book) was smooth - I was kept informed by email at every stage (printing, shipping, final delivery) What could be improved still: - The book-building UI looked aesthetically pleasing, but wasn't actually easy to use - The available layouts for each page were a little restrictive - most of them had really small text boxes that forced the font size to be tiny, despite the plenty of white space that was available around the text boxes - Not only were some of the text boxes small, they also didn't expand in size with more text. So in a 2-line or 3-line text box, I could write no more than 2 or 3 lines of text (max. 10-15 words). This left me writing most of what I wanted on the pages BY HAND, after the book arrived - If I changed my mind on the layout of a specific double-page spread halfway through editing it (or changed the layout by accident), all my data for that spread would be deleted. I had to type out all the text again - There was no way to edit the book after I placed the order. When creating a 20-30-page photo book, it's really not easy to get everything right. There were explicit warnings about this throughout the ordering process, but still I managed to let one little typo slip in, which I realised very soon after ordering (before I got the email saying the book was being printed), but I was unable to amend this - I'm based in Hong Kong. MILK has a site localised to HK, with HKD prices and payments, however the interface couldn't take Chinese characters. So again I had to write out all the Chinese text I wanted BY HAND, after the book arrived - All in all, I spent about 3 hours building the photo book, and another 3 hours writing in all the text I wanted by hand, after the book arrived

The picture in the cover was falling off since I opened the box. Seems low quality in the cover which is kind of sad as it’s the first thing we see. Otherwise good product.

Price is too high, and less discount compared to previously!

Excellent service and top quality product. The only reason I give it 4 starts and not 5 is because I had to pay high custom tax to ship album from HK to Greece.

Beautiful books, incredible quality and photos. These books could use the ability for personalization though. Look at the shutterfly books. My wedding book for my mom was like a story. It showed the whole day. My wedding book from milk books was lovely but couldn’t preserve the same memories. I want to be able to save the lyrics to our song and parts of speeches and memories from the day.
