The product was perfect. The only negative thing is the transport and delivery. And you have to expect to pay import tax.

Good quality photobook and easy to create. A little on the pricey side and slow delivery.

Recently I made a wedding album for a client on Milk. I purchased the 11x13 size. The quality of the book felt a little above the average printer in a similar price range. I was pleased. Book building software still is a little harder to use than some competitors but LIGHTYEARS better than their old system. I would definitely build a book with Milk again.

The inside of the photo book was awesome and great quality, however the photo on the cover of the photo book and the photo on the box that stores it are poor quality. Had I known the cover/box photos were not the normal archival print quality, I would've just gotten solid covers without photos. Inside is beautiful and I would still recommend to friends.

Initially, the interface was a little confusing to use to design the book, but I got the hang of it after a couple hours of use. Needed to use a couple of workarounds to get some simple tasks done, so that seems infelicitous and likely impossible for novice users. But the print quality was fantastic and my family is very happy with our book. It also shipped out quickly and arrived well-packaged and in pristine condition. I also appreciated the copious tracking updates so I knew exactly when to expect it.
