The inside of the photo book was awesome and great quality, however the photo on the cover of the photo book and the photo on the box that stores it are poor quality. Had I known the cover/box photos were not the normal archival print quality, I would've just gotten solid covers without photos. Inside is beautiful and I would still recommend to friends.
Little bumpy start, but big payoff in the final product

Initially, the interface was a little confusing to use to design the book, but I got the hang of it after a couple hours of use. Needed to use a couple of workarounds to get some simple tasks done, so that seems infelicitous and likely impossible for novice users. But the print quality was fantastic and my family is very happy with our book. It also shipped out quickly and arrived well-packaged and in pristine condition. I also appreciated the copious tracking updates so I knew exactly when to expect it.

The quality of the photo book was really good, and it arrived at time.My only issue was with the cover - it does not look so nice (as the rest of the pages). The cover photo is like "pasted" on the cover, without anything protecting it. I would also have liked to have the choice of upgrading the cover material, to leather for example.

We made a wedding album through MILK. The quality is really quite good and we only had one issue with an image in our book (out of ~200) so all in all it turned out pretty good. The software is easy to use as well which is a plus.
Superb print quality and production values; customs clearance process needs improvement.

The image and production quality of the book are superb, and the technical staff were attentive to potential problems with the digital files that I supplied.
The process of dealing with U.S. Customs needs to be improved, however. MILK Books' plant is in Hong Kong. When the books reached the U.S. Customs clearance in the United States, Customs demanded that I complete a shipper I.D. form. Neither MILK nor FedEx, the carrier, provided much help in dealing with that. As a retired lawyer who specialized in federal administrative law, I was able to guess the required responses. But an ordinary lay consumer is likely to find the process daunting.
