The service level could be improved by taking over export / toll / stamping duties.Otherwise they're very responsine and try to ease the pain.

I am rating my MILK experience three stars - while I loved the book print quality and competitive pricing (vs. competitors), the experience of putting the book together was cumbersome and took much longer than expected because of the UX design. Liked - The linen book covering is pristine and has a nice hand feel. The print quality of the photos is clear and precise. The paper has a nice thickness as well. Printing lead-time was also very prompt, they delivered a few days early (right before Christmas) which was a nice surprise and allowed me to wrap them as gifts ahead of time. Disliked - The UX of the book creation process shows only a limited number of photos at a time. When sorting through 1000+ wedding photos, I had to really sit down and develop a strategy how to upload and deal with smaller number of photos at a time. Ultimately I had to pre-sort all my photos into individual folders and upload them one at a time as I worked on that section. Additionally, the size of the photos when uploaded into the ''Photo Selection" section was very small so it was hard to make selections. The entire process took me 40+ hours over 4 weeks to complete.

I am a little disappointed at the quality of the book for the price. The edges where the book is held together is flimsy and the leather feels loose. There is 2 empathy pages that I could not tell were empty whilst doing the book. The photos do look nice although one page the photos are printed not spaced properly. Would probably look elsewhere next time.

This service was easy to use and quick to produce but I am not that happy with the quality of the books. My hard cover book for my wedding was bound loosely and inconsistently. Overall the printing quality and paper quality wasn't what I expected either (even though I chose the highest quality options). I would probably try another company before going back to this one.

Printing quality was good but the book is tiny for what they term as medium (slightly bigger than A5) and the postage was expensive for the size of the book.
