I am a little disappointed at the quality of the book for the price. The edges where the book is held together is flimsy and the leather feels loose. There is 2 empathy pages that I could not tell were empty whilst doing the book. The photos do look nice although one page the photos are printed not spaced properly. Would probably look elsewhere next time.

This service was easy to use and quick to produce but I am not that happy with the quality of the books. My hard cover book for my wedding was bound loosely and inconsistently. Overall the printing quality and paper quality wasn't what I expected either (even though I chose the highest quality options). I would probably try another company before going back to this one.
Get better bang for your buck elsewhere

Printing quality was good but the book is tiny for what they term as medium (slightly bigger than A5) and the postage was expensive for the size of the book.
Great Quality, Short Voucher Life & Unexpected Fees

I purchased a €180 discount voucher for a luxury photo book (106 pages). The only downside was that the voucher had a very short expiry date, which I unfortunately exceeded. Thankfully, customer service was helpful and extended it without any issues – a big plus!
In the end, I created a larger book of almost 200 pages, which cost me an additional €140. Printing and shipping were fairly quick, which I appreciated.
The surprise came when DHL charged me an extra €49 in import duties, which I hadn’t expected. That pushed the final cost close to €400 for a 200-page book.
The quality of the book itself is beautiful, and we’re very happy with it. However, the short voucher validity and unexpected import fees did leave me feeling a bit rushed and caught off guard.
All in all – a stunning, but very expensive, “photobook.”

Paper for the photobook is pretty thin. My photobook was about 80 pages and it was pretty thin... didn't look substantial.I created a Shutterfly photobook with premium, thick paper about a dozen years ago and the result was better quality... thicker paper, more accurate colors/printing. I'm surprised that there haven't been advances in over 12-13 years.
I understand that thick paper is reserved for the photo albums, but those are insanely expensive. Apparently, you can get something of similar quality from Shutterfly for much less money.
