Milestones

There is no resolution check and there was an issue with a recent book that I created for a couple. It appeared proper resolution on my end but it came pixelated.

UPDATE on my review: After I reached out to MILK and expressed my disappointment in the quality of what I received they were kind enough to work something out. The quality of the album was so much better. I'm giving 2 stars for customer service! I was very excited to create this album for my daughter. Unfortunately I chose this company to print it for me. The album I got was very poor quality - everything about it looked cheap, and truly tacky. The pages were stuck together, the album was just not what I would say quality! For the price I paid, I would've been able to do a better job at home! They sent me a second album ... and alas, same terrible quality! I would NOT recommend if you need something with great quality! Even the second book I got to redo some of - where I changed the photos to higher quality still the seams and and overall quality is very disappointing!

I was disappointed in the quality. The weight of the paper. The texture of the linen. The feel of the paper. Didn't match my hope of what it would be when I dropped $300 on it.

The book itself is a lovely book, however I wasn’t overly happy with the quality of the photos displayed. I uploaded high res photos from a photographer, and maybe it’s the paper type but the clarity seems odd particularly on faces. It’s okay, but for the amount I paid I’m a little disappointed.

For the price, I would have expected a perfect product, the cover was marked and I contacted the company but have not heard a word about it
