The software is easy to use, however print quality could be crisper

It's hard to single out - except I wasn't "wow". I ordered the large square format but with a 24 pp output, the book when held in hand felt a bit odd. The large format kinda made the book felt "light" and without substance. The colour of the pictures I selected came out a bit of a mishmash... Maybe can consider to offer some colour toning to make the entire book look wholesome.

After the payment, I tried to work on my project, could not, it went to a different email. After a couple of days, managed to work on project. The photos are well-printed, good quality but I did not realise the pages were mounted on board, the final book is thick and heavy where the freight/GST is costly. Overall, a book cost about $240 SGD.

The quality of the book is lovely, and use of the online design software is intuitive. However, mine took 2 weeks to arrive from order date with the £20 (fast delivery) service. Given that it's coming from HK to the UK, it's not particularly bad, but £20 for delivery is painful in the first place, and 2 weeks isn't quick. Partly my fault for not looking closely enough as to where the printing was taking place...I'm pleased with the product, but probably wouldn't use again due to speed/cost.

Was expecting a much better quality for that price.
