Milestones

The quality of the book is lovely, and use of the online design software is intuitive. However, mine took 2 weeks to arrive from order date with the £20 (fast delivery) service. Given that it's coming from HK to the UK, it's not particularly bad, but £20 for delivery is painful in the first place, and 2 weeks isn't quick. Partly my fault for not looking closely enough as to where the printing was taking place...I'm pleased with the product, but probably wouldn't use again due to speed/cost.

Was expecting a much better quality for that price.

Top marks for a creative and user-friendly interface - I really enjoyed creating my photo book and ordered the finished project on 18 August. Zero marks for delivery. More than a month later, my book had still not arrived. My order was sent on 23 August, and I knew that standard shipping would take 6-15 working days. DHL tracking showed the item leaving HK on 29 August and clearing UK customs on 31 August. DHL told me that, at this point, Evri ('the new Hermes') take over shipment. But nothing happened. Milk customer service weren't able to help so I requested a full refund, which was provided and will help to compensate for the time I have spent on this. Update: this review was amended on 4 October

The book is fine, but I wouldn't say it was really worth the price and waiting so long for delivery. The photo on the front of the book is just stuck on to the linen, so I'm worried at some point it will peel off. The image and paper quality is very good, but again probably could get similar from somewhere else.

The final product was Ok, the photo quality is not that great on the front cover of the album. I don’t think I would use them again, it doesn’t look premium but a bit cheap
