Somehow I missed that this was a soft-cover book and thought it was hardcover. I had wanted a coffee table book to leave out, but because it's so flimsy and we have pets, it would get destroyed too easily and now have to tuck it away instead which defeats the purpose. The photos make it look like a hardcover book, and at the price point, I would've expected better quality. It's a flimsy paper book which I could've gotten through Shutterfly, Snapfish or any of the other major brands for a lot cheaper - heck you can get a hard cover book for cheaper too! Save your money and buy elsewhere.

The quality of the cover is spot on. However some of the printed photos particularly the smaller size ones are blurry

Our “medium books” were much smaller than the large book that we bought. The printing of the images were ok compared to other albums that we have, some of the photos were grainy on the page, and we used the recommended paper type when ordering the book.

I ordered 2 books. Quality is good (but not great), and so is the process of building the book in their tool. It was also a bummer that I got a bill for approx 120 dollars for extra tax because they sent it from Hong Kong. That means that each photobook of 72 pages cost me more than 200 dollars. Grotesque prices.
