The printed books are beautiful. The digital experience is poor. It’s not possible to zoom in on the digital copy of the book so it’s not good to view on a phone, you need to use a computer. Again, prints a beautiful tho!
Albums are great, photo books are questionable

Our large photo album is lovely and we are very happy with it. However, for the price of the medium photo books, I am slightly disappointed in the size of the book as I would say it’s almost small compared to a large album. The photo quality was also questionable like the images were compressed to fit in the medium book. The total amount also kept going up time and time again. I’m glad it got here safely, although the only shipping option was $150 to Canada. I thought I was getting a deal with buying one of the packages of three books at a time but I think in the end I paid way more. As mentioned, I am happy with the large album but I don’t think the photo books are worth the price.
Expensive tax cost on top

The book is as always beautiful and with good quality on paper and the frame. Anyhow this time I got really surprised with the delivery pricing. First there was a delivery cost and then once the album was delivered a tax cost of 25 EUR, as the albums are created in Hongkong… there was some information about the tax cost, but not how much when I ordered the album. So unfortunately there will be no more Milk books for me as the total delivery cost has augmented with the double, and the information is not clear enough.
Maybe you should start producing the books in Europe?
