Expensive tax cost on top

The book is as always beautiful and with good quality on paper and the frame. Anyhow this time I got really surprised with the delivery pricing. First there was a delivery cost and then once the album was delivered a tax cost of 25 EUR, as the albums are created in Hongkong… there was some information about the tax cost, but not how much when I ordered the album. So unfortunately there will be no more Milk books for me as the total delivery cost has augmented with the double, and the information is not clear enough.
Maybe you should start producing the books in Europe?

The quality of the book is good and the presentation of the gift box is excellent. However, we were disappointed in the additional costs to receive it (the duty and shipping was much higher than anticipated).

Nice book but not worth the price in my opinion. Printing quality wasn't great and the designing process was difficult.
