Milestones

The interior printing itself was great as the images are crisp and vibrant. However, the cover was much lower-quality than anticipated both in terms of it sitting flat (and not lifting up at the edges) and the image being adhered to the front in a way that looks like it was just glued on versus being printed or embedded in a frame through the inner cover (which it appeared to be in the pictures of the albums on the site). Had I known the cover would be this quality, I don't think we would have ordered from this company. Disappointed given the cost, as I made my parents a book 1/3 of the price with a nicer cover.

The quality of the binding and fabric seemed low. Otherwise no real issues with anything. Just seems a bit overpriced for the quality.

I was not happy with the quality of the paper or some of the photos. But overall it’s a beautiful book.

Our book came beautifully packaged and the pages are of very high quality. However, we were disappointed with the quality of some of the photos, despite using high resolution images taken by a photographer. We made sure we checked for low resolution warnings when creating our book so we were surprised when some of the images in the final product were blurry.

I ordered the presentation box and the front photo was not aligned properly. Also I found the quality of printing the photos good, but not exceptional. For the price I was expecting very high quality printing with vivid colors and focus.
