It was great but I think for the amount of money we paid, it could have been even better.

This is the 2nd book I have ordered from milk books, although it is great. I feel the quality of the 2nd book is quite a bit lower. The paper used for the inserts is different and the binding is looser.

Overall happy with the photo books and that I finally have these albums completed. However, the photo paper is thinner than I had anticipated and the photos on the front are kind of just glued on and looks less seamless than I expected. The pattern/grain of the fabric cover on two of the albums is also slightly crooked and askew from the front photo. I also paid for the photo box for 1 of the albums and it seems like they come in standard sizes regardless of how big your album is, so the box has this huge insert taking up room. The shipping packaging was really well done though, they were absolutely secure in transit.

The quality of the hardcover, pages and binding were beautiful. Absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, the images (high res professional photography) on the pages were poor quality with some minor pixelation. I still love the product, but I’m not sure I would recommend. This wasn’t an issue on previous orders in the larger size. So I probably won’t purchase the small or medium again.

I received a damaged order and asked to speak to someone about options. I waited 4+ days for action to be taken and even then, the person went ahead with next steps rather than talking to me about options like I had requested initially.
