The quality of the hardcover, pages and binding were beautiful. Absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, the images (high res professional photography) on the pages were poor quality with some minor pixelation. I still love the product, but I’m not sure I would recommend. This wasn’t an issue on previous orders in the larger size. So I probably won’t purchase the small or medium again.

I received a damaged order and asked to speak to someone about options. I waited 4+ days for action to be taken and even then, the person went ahead with next steps rather than talking to me about options like I had requested initially.

Internal photo printing quality is good. The cover photo treatment (specifically how it is afixed) is less good. The binding does not seem like the quality I'm accustomed to with moleskine notebooks.

The book is great! Great quality, exactly what I ordered, shipping time, etc.. But the price was just too high for the end result.

Nice product but not as I expected it. Pages are really thin, maybe a more clear video will explain how thin they are rather than write the thickness of the page. Not all costumers know the "size" of the thickness of the pages. It's a nice album but some photos are not very clear and defined.
