I printed my engagement photos here. The texture of the cover is not that nice. It feels flimsy. I also got a small photo for the cover and I thought it would be a cut out in the cover, but they cut a small photo and glued it on. It has frayed edges and looks sloppy (like a child glued it on). It isn't as luxe as the preview/photos on the website makes it look like. The actual photos in the book are nice, but kind of small. Overall, I wouldn't print my wedding album from here and would opt for a higher quality album company.

We paid for a premium photo book, costing over £200, to capture our wedding pictures. Whilst on the whole the book is relatively good quality, the front cover just has a picture stuck to it which appears highly likely to either get damaged or come off altogether. Postage was slow and we had a number of issues with delivery dates being missed. The team were generally pretty responsive, but didn’t really do anything other than tell us to wait for the book to arrive. A bit disappointed for the money

Good quality but I paid for a delivery in 1 week and it took around 3 weeks to be delivered. Moreover I found out after that I had to pay for FedEx tax for a delivery in France : 20€ !!! The same price as the book.

I think MILK Books has a wonderful product. Unfortunately, I was frustrated in their customer service. Because this was my first book, I needed help. I left several messages with customer support and was told someone would get back to me. They never did. I finally ordered the book not knowing if it would come out correctly.

The website is easy to use. However, the quality of the book is just OK. Not as high quality as the price would let you believe. I didn't realise the shipping from Hong Kong. Combining it with duty & Import taxes, I wouldn't purchase it again.
