Milestones

Interior pages turned out beautiful and I saw details I never saw before until the photos were printed in a large photo album. However, the editing tool was difficult to make perfect spaces between photos when I made my own layouts. Also, I am unfortunately pretty disappointed in the front cover. I chose the option that had a circle photo on the front and to me online looked like it was a circle cut out with the circle in the middle but it was actually seemed as if it was just a sticker placed in the middle of the front cover. I wish I had gone with the design on the front cover instead. Beautiful photos though!

Packaging was excellent, cover material and cover quality were good. I opened the book and was a bit disappointed with the photo pages quality. If there had been upgrades to choose for the print pages (quality of print) to be better, I would’ve definitely choose and recommend it.

My photo book is currently being reprinted due to dust specks that dried onto the ink during the printing stage. I was also disappointed that the paper quality is not thick enough for the ink, meaning the pages are bowed and (despite the advice on the website I now find) not fixable. But, customer service were helpful about the speck issue, And the photo quality looks good.

I would give a 5 star rating but on one ofthe picture, the face was cut out of frame. Now I am certain it was centered but somehow the actual print (book) and upon reviewing the project itself, the face was Off centered. It's technology so I have no idea how this particular picture was shifted. Why it's important was because I was doing a 5 year album to show my daughter's changes from the first day to her fifth birthday. The offset of this one picture really was not the desire outcome. Again. I don't know what could caused it. Otherwise, the photo album would of been fine.

I ordered 5 photo books for my wedding photos and unfortunately they did not turn out as expected. The photos where great quality (as specified on the website) however they came out super pixilated. I was later made aware that it was the 'artistic filter' used by our wedding photographer. So just make sure to double check your images are of quality before getting them printed as even if they are the correct size they may come out pixilated depending on the style of images. Wish I knew this before buying 5 so just wanted to make sure no one else makes the same miskate!
