I was pretty excited to get our wedding album, but when we opened it up, I was disappointed 😞 The front photo was just glued on there. Not even a screen over it or anything. I looks cheap and was not what we were expecting. On top of that, about 6 pages of photos near the back are terribly blurry. They looked nothing like they did in the online editing stage. And although they it warns some photos may be pixelated, you don’t actually get to see how pixelated. That was the most disappointing because we paid a lot of money for this book. Other than that, the actual quality of the book is well made.

Delivery didn’t arrive on day it should have, after I’d had emails confirming delivery for that day. Stayed home all day waiting for order, and it didn’t arrive that day, and I had to chase it up. Disappointed with front of album when it finally arrived - it was just the photo I’d chosen printed and stuck on the front, not actually printed on the cover itself (looked amateur). And I don’t understand why there had to be some white space pages with no photos - waste of space and I would’ve much preferred being able to have photos on ALL the pages.

I thought I would splurge on my daughter’s baby album with the “archival quality” of these books. Although I am relatively happy with the final product, I would not order again. I pre-purchased vouchers at a discounted price and didn’t realize I would have to process each book as a separate order. This meant 3 separate shipping costs ranging from $22-$48 CDN per book! They did ship insanely fast (3 days from Hong Kong to Vancouver, BC!) but the price tag shocked me. The site was clunky to use and lost hundreds of carefully selected & uploaded photos at one point. The books were tedious to build with limited page layout/spread options. The quality of the books is also questionable. Feels like it’s printed by a very high quality laser printer in someone’s house. So all of that to say, the price wasn’t worth it vs. competitors such as Shutterfly.

I made a wedding book for some friends and chose a large white linen bound book. The images looked amazing inside but unfortunately the image on the front cover was not up to the same standard and didn’t look as glossy.
