Didn’t work with anyone but the design system is not user friendly. In addition, shipping costs were the same cost as the book itself.

The books were fine. They were neither poor quality nor great. The price is not worth the quality you receive. My expectations were much higher given the price. I expected a higher grade paper quality. I paid half the price for a similar book with an easier to use layout last year. Will not be purchasing again.
Warped Linen Cover

We made a wedding photo album for our parents. We loved the thick photo pages and the quality of the prints but the linen cover started to warp in a week… a little disappointed since we spent $150+ on the photo book.

Spot-on print quality and very user-friendly interface.
Less impressed by FedEx who charged 14.5 EUR to settle 5 EUR of totally predictable import duties. I don’t recall having this issue with DHL.

Very expansive for such an average quality. Delivery fees and taxes where half hidden when I have ordered.
A very unpleasant surprise to have €60 extra fees in addition to the initial price.
