Warped Linen Cover

We made a wedding photo album for our parents. We loved the thick photo pages and the quality of the prints but the linen cover started to warp in a week… a little disappointed since we spent $150+ on the photo book.

Spot-on print quality and very user-friendly interface.
Less impressed by FedEx who charged 14.5 EUR to settle 5 EUR of totally predictable import duties. I don’t recall having this issue with DHL.

Very expansive for such an average quality. Delivery fees and taxes where half hidden when I have ordered.
A very unpleasant surprise to have €60 extra fees in addition to the initial price.
Photo book review

I ordered a photo book. I was happy with the quality of the printing. However, the linen cover wasn’t up to my expectations. It was squeaky and had bubbles. Customer service was contacted but I was told because they are handmade this can be expected. I won’t be ordering another book unfortunately.
Good Books, but too expensive

The quality of the book is good, but not exceptional. The printing is good! However, I will not have any more books made at Milkbooks in the future, as the shipping costs are very high, to which are added the cost of customs in a similar amount. The book is expensive as it is, but with these added costs, it is too expensive.
