Overall, I love my books. The product is great and the printing speed is quite reasonable. I'll continue to use them. So why the 3 starts?
I'm docking two stars for these reasons:
1. If someone buys you a gift voucher it is distinctly NOT treated as a gift certificate/credit. You cannot buy your own voucher and use the value of what they got you and any other deals. This is annoying and feels like a cash grab.
Also, why do the vouchers expire? I'm not even sure that's legal where I live. I'll note that I had an issue here and customer service was great and handled my issue quickly.
2. For this price, my book was $325, which puts it clearly into the premium category. For that price, I'd like a premium user experience to go along with it.. the software leaves a lot to be desired and I have to fight to make my book. I would make more of them but it is always a painful experience.
3. Lastly, the shipping cost is a bit much for me. On top of my $325 book, it's another $30 to ship. You only have one choice: DHL, which is fine but expensive. I don't need my book in 2 days especially after waiting for it to print. There are less expensive options and it would be nice to have those options.

Photos came out best when in full two page spreads, landscape. It gets the job done, but would prefer a different legit photo book next time around. Would steer away from moleskin journal version.

Not a bad product per se but very overpriced. Even with a 20% discount I paid nearly £60 for what is a small book plus shipping. Some of the images are grainy, which the software did not pick up and the quality is not as high as the website would lead you to believe. At half the cost I would have been satisfied but would not recommend these books at the price they charge.

I would not recommend this product. I had a travel photo booked ordered with them. The positive side is the app: very easy to use compared to the others available and has got one of the lowest price for a fabric cover. But very disappointed with the shipping cost: 18 pounds, while claiming that was a UK company the products are made in Hong Kong. Moreover disappointed with the quality of photos. They are all quite underexposed, compared to the reality.

The overall experience and the quality of the product are great. I went ahead with Milk because of online reviews. However, at no point was I made aware this was a non-US company which would involve hidden costs: foreign credit card fees + high fees for shipping + customs. Just be aware, so you're not surprised at the end. If you're US based, I would probably suggest to go with a US company to avoid all of this hassle
