Not a bad product per se but very overpriced. Even with a 20% discount I paid nearly £60 for what is a small book plus shipping. Some of the images are grainy, which the software did not pick up and the quality is not as high as the website would lead you to believe. At half the cost I would have been satisfied but would not recommend these books at the price they charge.

I would not recommend this product. I had a travel photo booked ordered with them. The positive side is the app: very easy to use compared to the others available and has got one of the lowest price for a fabric cover. But very disappointed with the shipping cost: 18 pounds, while claiming that was a UK company the products are made in Hong Kong. Moreover disappointed with the quality of photos. They are all quite underexposed, compared to the reality.

The overall experience and the quality of the product are great. I went ahead with Milk because of online reviews. However, at no point was I made aware this was a non-US company which would involve hidden costs: foreign credit card fees + high fees for shipping + customs. Just be aware, so you're not surprised at the end. If you're US based, I would probably suggest to go with a US company to avoid all of this hassle
Milk premium photobook

I bought a premium photobook with textured pages, you can say that it arrived very well packaged, when opening it I was comfortable with the quality of the fabric and madr, but what I did not like was the printing, i suposed it was my edition but the quality was eh! and something that I don't like is that not all the pages open completely. I purchase it to have it as a sample, but I think I'll use it as a paper tread.

The photo quality wasn’t great for the price (my Vista print books have better quality photos) and the price is insanely high. **Milk then tried to say it was the quality of photos I uploaded -- they were done by a professional photographer; they were our wedding photos. And I've had the exact same files/photos printed by Vista Print (photobooks for our parents) and Costco (8x11 prints for our house) and the quality was better. In Canada, there are limited options for fabric style photo books which is why I went with Milk. I don’t hate it but I certainly wouldn’t purchase it again.
