Milestones

Loved the finished book but it was much smaller than I expected. I wish they noted the actual size measurements . Otherwise it was very nicely done.

Honestly I was really excited to get the book and the cover is good quality but the quality of the prints wasn’t up to my standards. Really high quality digital images that I submitted were fine— still a little compressed with artifacts in places, but the film scans that I submitted showed quite a bit of loss in terms of compression. Not the worst job I’ve ever seen but was expecting really high quality, photography prints for the price and didn’t get what I was expecting in that regard.

The MilkBook was beautiful and arrived on time even during the Covid holiday season. I have a couple of reasons why I only rated it three stars. It was delivered with the top right corner bent inward and there is a scratch on the cover image which is not in the original photo. Lastly the last four or so images have spots of purple ink on them which ruined the photos. Otherwise the quality is great. Was slightly disappointed with the few things mentioned above given the cost of the item.

The photos were darker than they were when sent from the photographer. The book was well priced and arrived in a timely manner. I do wish that there was less white space around the page templates.

I was disappointed in the print quality for the classic book. Not the quality expected for the price I paid. Overall, the book and pages seemed fine, was just really let down by the print quality.
