I have complained many times that the editing function still sucks. it is not designed for the photographer. It still cannot reduce the photo size, it can only enlarge. If I want to put the photo at its native aspect ratio of 3:2, I still have to use an external photo editor to do it. Note: I just got an email from Trustpilot that if I have comments, I should talk to their customer service team. This is quite ironic since I have talked to the customer service team many times on this issue in the last few years and every time the service agent will said they will pass the feedback to the design team. But nothing has improved in this respect at all.

The quality of the book is great. I was very disappointed that the only possible delivery option was for £19, which seems extortionately high and not even seemingly a special delivery. I was just given a date for it to be arriving and no time etc, so I'm struggling to understand why I was paying 1/3 of the book fee to get it sent to my house.

Given the high price tag, and emphasis on quality in the sales pitch I was a little bit disappointed with the final product. While the cloth finish and general print quality is good, the hardback binding does not feel very stable and the paper quality feels cheap. Would think twice about using again unfortunately.

Made a MILK book as a wedding album. I was drawn to MILK because of their linen cover options. Shipping was relatively quick. Linen cover is lovely, binding seems like good quality, nice paper. I’m not blown away by the print quality however which is why I am giving an average review. For something for this price I expected a little better print quality.

Second order from Milk Books, a little disappointed with the quality of this one. A couple os pictures were a little pixelated, despite been high quality digital files. Also was expecting the cover to be fabric but it was not. It is a good album overall with fast shipping and good service, just not as good as my first experience.
