I am really happy with the quality of the album, the photos have came up great!The website & ease of putting the album together has let the service down. I did not find the process very user friendly at all. There was a time where i was prepared to give up & order from somewhere else, if I hadn’t already put hours in making my album I would have done this.
If the website was easier to use I would recommend Milk books to everyone.

My own fault, I didn't read the dimensions properly, I thought I'd bought a large book and was willing to pay the large amount of money for a nice book. When it arrived it was teeny tiny, I was shocked and embarrassed by my mistake, I was so not expecting something so small. Unfortunately the pictures are made up of lots of little pixels, so close up I didn't find them clear or sharp, I expected each picture would look like the photo with no pixels. I guess I was a little disappointed, but on a positive note, it was very well made and I really liked the linen cover.

The book is absolutely beautiful. The linen cover and the matt pages look high end. I didn’t like how restrictive the process of creating the book was. The layouts are pre determined and you can’t personalise your layout only chose between their predetermined lay outs. The book was very expensive and postage from Hong Kong was expensive too. In all around £80 for a small book of about 20 pages. I had bought a voucher before creating the book so couldn’t stop my purchase so had to pay the price! But it has made a really beautiful gift.

The final product is great but the postage costs are excessive especially when ordering multiple books. It cost over £50 to send one photo album and two medium photobooks which I was obviously going to pay having created the items. The design software is limited, for example it is incredibly frustrating not to have an "undo" function which would save so much time and you cannot upload two horizontal panoramic photos to one page which is a flaw.
