Decent final product but expensive postage and no "undo" function

The final product is great but the postage costs are excessive especially when ordering multiple books. It cost over £50 to send one photo album and two medium photobooks which I was obviously going to pay having created the items. The design software is limited, for example it is incredibly frustrating not to have an "undo" function which would save so much time and you cannot upload two horizontal panoramic photos to one page which is a flaw.

The album arrived quickly however I was surprised that it was so small as I’ve always used the Apple photo albums in the past. This was my fault and I should have checked the dimensions on the website with a ruler. The quality of printing is good and the binding and cover are excellent (I have the fabric) cover. A lovely collection of treasured photos. The software to collate the album is excellent.

Love the actual books, but the software to create them is not the easiest to use. I had a lot of trouble uploading certain pictures, which was obviously a bit of a frustrating exercise.
