Quality is not as good as the previous milk book that I made.

Love the actual books, but the software to create them is not the easiest to use. I had a lot of trouble uploading certain pictures, which was obviously a bit of a frustrating exercise.

The website layout UI pretty good, making it easy to put together my project. The final products I received, premium photo albums, are high quality and it looks like a lot of work went into them. Unfortunately, the process of designing the albums frustrating. This was primarily due to the issue of not being able to see a preview of a full-resolution version of the final product. Considering how much is spent on photo albums, I would have expected a PDF proof (even with watermarks) so I could verify the quality and clarity of images would be intact. Customer service was helpful and responsive, but I got the sense that they were just playing with the same software I was. For example, I had a photo with writing on it and wanted to make sure that it would be legible. Customer service discouraged me from printing the photos, but I went ahead and printed them on different sized projects and they came out fine. It would have been helpful to see a visual of what the final design layout would look like.
Additionally, I encountered a technical glitch in the checkout process where I couldn't complete my order. Overall not an easy process, setting aside the diligence I put into photo layout and design.
But despite these challenges, customer service was excellent in the shipping/delivery process. Since I relocated with COVID, they were able to redirect my package so it arrived at a new address, and I'm grateful for their availability and helpfulness.
So all in all, great customer service, great product, but the software could use a boost in ensuring the quality of the final printing.

Although the tutorials made the process seem easy to follow, I found the actual composition of my book quite tricky and I was not able to put text on the actual photos I needed it to go on. Also the binding is not as good as other photo books I have had from other companies. Finally, I received an email saying my book had been delivered but it did not arrive until three days later. So all in all an average rating. Having said that, I am pleased with my book and it will be a lasting memory of my holiday of a lifetime.
