Although the tutorials made the process seem easy to follow, I found the actual composition of my book quite tricky and I was not able to put text on the actual photos I needed it to go on. Also the binding is not as good as other photo books I have had from other companies. Finally, I received an email saying my book had been delivered but it did not arrive until three days later. So all in all an average rating. Having said that, I am pleased with my book and it will be a lasting memory of my holiday of a lifetime.

The books and printing quality is excellent, but the shipping prices are way too high.

The program utilised isn't the greatest (functionally speaking) Also, the price point may need to be lowered based on comparative sites offering similar products. Use of materials and quality is good though.

We created our wedding albums with Milk. Overall, the experience was fine. There were a few issues which I'll detail here:- There is no undo button on the online editor, and many ways to quickly change an entire page layout. This mean you have to repeat creating the same page multiple times which is a real pain. - The books we purchased have a photo on the cover. I anticipated this being crafted into the cover neatly. In fact, it is just stuck onto the cover (meaning you can see the edges of the photo, which is quite unattractive). Given they were each over £200, this seems a bit naff. - Even on the default layouts, there is misalignment between some of the photo edges, ruining the slick look of collage pages, a real shame.

Nice but not amazing. You can see stitches and picture on front is stuck on rather than part of the cover. I wouldn’t get another.
