Platform for creating your book is a little limited and can be frustrating at times. However, the customer service is very good as was the quality of the product and the delivery was timely.

I used milk books to make photo books of our wedding photos for my dad and mother in-law. I found the website easy to use and I was happy with the quality of the book cover material however lots of the photos have been printed pixelated. I used high quality print worthy photo files and am disappointed with the result. Although my family were happy with my gifts for them I didn’t think the printing met the quality you advertise on your website. We were going to make another album for ourselves but I don’t think I will use milk books as the print quality just isn’t up to scratch.

Warning! This book is published in Hong Kong, which is fine, except that what Milk does not tell you, or include on the invoice, is that you will have to pay Customs Fees when it arrives. My invoice was $454.39, which included $35.99 shipping. All normal so far. It got picked up by DHL on June 6 and cleared Customs on June 12. On June 23, it was still not delivered. I had to call DHL and they informed me that it was "stuck" in Customs because I had not paid the $100 Customs Fee! No email, no notice, I had to find out by myself. After informing Milk, they directed me to the fine print, and there it was. They do not pay Customs Fees, and it is up to you to figure out what that fee will be... I wish there was a "Minus 5" star! Update 7/8/20: Book was delivered and appreciated, it was a gift and I am told it's beautiful. A MILK representative contacted me after a heated Chat exchange and they seem to have just found out that if you order through Apple "Photos" (They have an API that makes it somewhat easy to order), one cannot see that 1- It will be coming out of Hong Kong, instead of somewhere in the US, and 2 - the Customs message is really buried in the Fine Print, AFTER you have made the purchase. Hopefully they will fix this. They were honorable and reimbursed me the additional $100 Customs Fee that I was not aware of. Thank you.

1) For the 2 pages that has 10+ or more photos in it, the resolution seems to be distorted in compare to the ones that has lesser. 2) Album cover material does not look too premium mostly due to the shiny flicks on the surface 3) Price point seems to be high for the album even with the easter discount

I wish that either the software did not automatically crop photos to fit the pre-described formatting, or that we had the option of uploading our own design all together. Other than that, a fine result.
