Milestones

1) For the 2 pages that has 10+ or more photos in it, the resolution seems to be distorted in compare to the ones that has lesser. 2) Album cover material does not look too premium mostly due to the shiny flicks on the surface 3) Price point seems to be high for the album even with the easter discount

I wish that either the software did not automatically crop photos to fit the pre-described formatting, or that we had the option of uploading our own design all together. Other than that, a fine result.

I found the platform very difficult to use for my wedding album. It did not support horizontal pictures well, thus cutting off the bottom of my photos frequently which included my wedding gown. I also made the mistake of uploading all of my wedding photos to be able to pick and choose which pictures to place in the book. The platform did not support the ability to view the photos with ease prior to placing them in the book-thumbnail versions were very small. One click and the entire layout changed with no way to immediately “undo” which was extremely frustrating. In addition, the quality of the printed pages (made completely with professional photographs) was not as nice as I would have expected for the price and time I put into creating the project. Milkbooks does have fantastic customer service who were very prompt to respond and act appropriately to a request needed to reduce additional costs accrued when creating a larger book than expected.

The book was ok but for the price I expected it to be of higher quality.

The photo quality was grainy and did not print that nicely.
