Book was good and fine quality but I have had the same quality at much lower prices elsewhere.

I have always used Apple Books in the past so this was the first time I’d used MILK and it’s fine but nothing like the Apple ones. I don’t like the material on the outside or the fact the front cover was a stuck on photo. I prefer when it’s a print.

The end product was OK but I was somewhat disappointed with the paper quality and over all quality of the product considering the money paid. Uploading and the layout of the book could also have been simpler. A few times I had to delete everything and start over which was time consuming and frustrating. Would I use Milk Books again? Likely not until I have tried a few of the competitors and see how they compare. If the product was cheaper then maybe but I don’t think the quality and value is there.

I ordered two premium photo books, it cost me almost £400. They weren't identical, one is a bit crooked as the spine isn't quite straight. Also one of the pictures is blurred as I zoomed in too much. Milkbooks promises that the web-designer tool would give a warning if the picture is not high enough resolution to do that but it didn't. I'm a bit disappointed as the expectation was that the books will be perfect given the price.

I miss the wonderful Moleskin books that were smaller and easier to handle. These new books are cumbersome and not as elegant. Disappointed.
