Milestones

The quality of the binding and color accuracy was really nice. The book, even though it was well packaged, had a bent upper right corner and a big smudge on the first page. I think it was damaged in shipment. I have another book being delivered from a different project, separate order and will see how that goes. So I am a bit disappointed in my first Milk book, but only because of shipping damage.

The whole book size is too small, and the photos are too small when condensed into 6 on a page. Otherwise it is good quality and well presented.

Was a bit disappointed by the lack of protection it came in, needs improvement the corner of my package was damaged and hence the corner of my book was damaged which is reflected in every page corner. Not what you want on a $188 coffee table book. Used some old momento photos that I wasn’t expecting to print perfect because they were grandparents photos, but rather than slightly blurred like I was expecting they came out very pixelated. The cover of the book looks a bit cheap, was under the impression it was a photo with a linen border folded in like a frame but it was just a photo stuck on top of a linen book. Just honestly a bit disappointed after all the amazing reviews I read and how much money I paid.

Nice binding and cover finish. Paper weight is good. Photos came out much darker than seen on screen. Colors are not as vivid.

Initially, we loved the book. It's beautiful and artfully crafted. Some of the photos didn't turn out quite as crisp as we would have expected given the photos were very high resolution and form a professional photographer, we think this might be the fact of printing on the paper used.We've now had the album for two months and we're becoming disappointed with the quality of the cover. The book lays flat on a credenza and it is unfortunately warping and is now bent. We live in a dry area with low humidity, so this is very strange to us. The book no longer lays flat when turning the pages.
