I did have really high expectations but my first impression was a bit disappointed as the cover just look like a photo had been glued on the front. However was happy with the pages on the inside.

Overall the book quality seems ok however I did notice creasing of the large images after opening the book a few times. Also, the price of the presentation box is crazy. After paying over $300 / book (Purchased 2) before discount, you would think a nice box would be included but no, the boxes were another $120!!!! forget that. I will try another service in the future because you are paying a premium with Milkbook but I am not sure it’s worth it. Oh, and there is no customer support line, you call and call and call and get the same answering machine. It’s a hoax! After 5 calls, 2 messages and one email I finally received a reply probably from someone in China.

For the price I payed (over $160 for my photo book) I was not completely happy with the outcome of it. The cover material of the book is wrinkled and not bind properly. Overall the photos look great, but I’m not happy how the photo book came out all together, especially for the price I payed

The book builder tool on the website was great and actually quite fun to use and I was really happy with the quality with the large landscape books we received. However after seeing the impressive large books I was quite disappointed with the quality of the printing in the 2 medium landscape books we ordered within the same order. Even though we used the exact same images from the same image files in the medium books as we did in the large books I found that the prints in the medium books did not look as sharp or high quality and I found them a bit blurry which is a big shame!

Overall quality is good but poor value for the price point despite a 25% discount. I appreciate that the quality of photos play a part. Unfortunately the software does not do well enough to provide guidance on the quality of the photo chosen when printed.
