The book builder tool on the website was great and actually quite fun to use and I was really happy with the quality with the large landscape books we received. However after seeing the impressive large books I was quite disappointed with the quality of the printing in the 2 medium landscape books we ordered within the same order. Even though we used the exact same images from the same image files in the medium books as we did in the large books I found that the prints in the medium books did not look as sharp or high quality and I found them a bit blurry which is a big shame!

Overall quality is good but poor value for the price point despite a 25% discount. I appreciate that the quality of photos play a part. Unfortunately the software does not do well enough to provide guidance on the quality of the photo chosen when printed.

A high quality product, of that there can be no doubt, but the price (even after a discount) is pretty prohibitive and would most likely stop me ordering again.

Do not believe the website which says (or strongly implies) that 25% discounts are available to all customers.End result good but MILK should improve the format of the pages so that typescript can be included more easily

Update: customer service has been helpful, and they will be reprinting my books at no additional cost to me. I bought several wedding photo books for relatives for Christmas. I had fun designing them and was overall fairly pleased with the end product. The main issue I had with the books was the white flecks in many of my photos. These seemed to be printer errors because some photos in one album would have white flecks whereas the identical other albums would have white flecks in different photos. Just a little disappointed in the quality for how much I paid. Overall, I still think these albums are one of the best options in the market currently.
