Do not believe the website which says (or strongly implies) that 25% discounts are available to all customers.End result good but MILK should improve the format of the pages so that typescript can be included more easily

Update: customer service has been helpful, and they will be reprinting my books at no additional cost to me.
I bought several wedding photo books for relatives for Christmas. I had fun designing them and was overall fairly pleased with the end product. The main issue I had with the books was the white flecks in many of my photos. These seemed to be printer errors because some photos in one album would have white flecks whereas the identical other albums would have white flecks in different photos. Just a little disappointed in the quality for how much I paid. Overall, I still think these albums are one of the best options in the market currently.

Your quality of print and fabrics os unprecedented, everything is done skilfully and quickly, but your editor is hell to work with and as a result I have a photo cropped wrong on one of the pages, probably because the editing failed to save.

Lovely book - however it was smaller than I had anticipated. I didn't feel like there was a good image on your website depicting exactly how small each book is. If you could lay common items in the photos with the books (and explicitly state which album is shown), it would have been much more helpful.

The book itself was good quality, however, I would be unlikely to use MILK again - especially being based in the UK. There is no easy upfront way to see some of the costs before going ahead with a purchase - like the cost of a presentation box (which was ridiculously high). You are looking at an additional nearly £20.00 for shipping on top of one of the most expensive books, delivery time was excessive (especially given the price you are paying for shipping).
Originally when looking for the site everything appeared as it was a UK based company - however, they are based in New Zealand, so if you ever want to contact customer support they operate on New Zealand time, meaning whenever I wanted to call they were closed.
The software for compiling the book had some good points but also some awkward aspects - like not allowing you to resize photos.
