Milestones

The book itself was good quality, however, I would be unlikely to use MILK again - especially being based in the UK. There is no easy upfront way to see some of the costs before going ahead with a purchase - like the cost of a presentation box (which was ridiculously high). You are looking at an additional nearly £20.00 for shipping on top of one of the most expensive books, delivery time was excessive (especially given the price you are paying for shipping). Originally when looking for the site everything appeared as it was a UK based company - however, they are based in New Zealand, so if you ever want to contact customer support they operate on New Zealand time, meaning whenever I wanted to call they were closed. The software for compiling the book had some good points but also some awkward aspects - like not allowing you to resize photos.

Lovely end product, but very inconvenient that you can’t make photo books from tablet or smart phone.

Honestly kinda disappointed! The quality of paper and photos were good but the book was much smaller than I expected therefore the photos were too. Some pages the photos were smaller than the blank area in the page. VERY expensive for the size.

difficult to edit, photo order is hard and time consuming to try and organise and shuffle. I think the ability tome around photos and adjust layout is great. Also that the book can't be upsized is disappointing. It's a very premium product with a huge price tag and I would expect top features for this but it would just a 3 out of 5. Printing quality is amazing but I'm still held back by the price.

Finished quality was lovely but disappointed with price and delivery time.
