Creating our photobook was a pretty challenging and stressful experience. The site and features were not user friendly.

The book binding quality is amazing but the printing job of the pictures is not at the quality I expected for the price. The pics are not as crisp and seems to have been printed at a lower resolution than the original pictures supplied. I also thought the was a local to NZ company but the printing takes place in Hong Kong - where the book was shipped from.

A fun, though pricey creative process. The shipping from Hong Kong is understandably expensive, however the thin cardboard packing is insufficient to protect the corners of the book in transit; one corner of the book arrived slightly crushed.

I did not think this book held up to the quality I expected for such a an expensive photo book. I expected the pages to be thicker. I also thought it would have better quality where the pages meet in the middle along the binding. I did think the book was easy to create and I like that the cover looks like a standard book with nice linen. I will not recommend this company to friends nor will I order again.

The Moleskin photo book wasnt moleskin quality. The corners were very rough, and the skinning on the cover was poorly glued down around the edges. I think I was expecting a moleskin book, and it's a Moleskin endorsed product, but it definitely was not the same quality of finish. Otherwise, the paper itself is great and gives the photos a great attitude. The way the book is bound and opens up is really nice, with almost flat spreads. Not wrestling with the book to hold a page open. The inability to have a clean cover annoyed me. The printing was okay, a bit fuzzy. But does the job. I'd still order it again, just with much lower expectations !
