Book ships from Hong Kong so it is big unknown, even with expedited shipping, to know when the book will arrive. I bought a premium book and there were color saturation problems. They offer no design services that I could find. I ordered another book from Shutterfly which turned out well.
The book gives detailed information about milk production, dairy farming, and food safety.

I liked the simple language and useful facts. This book is helpful for students who want to learn about dairy science and nutrition.

I thought the paper would be thicker and a 120-pg book would feel more substantial. Also not thrilled with the color quality of printed photos (I'm a photographer and designer and very familiar with printing process and set up of color for photos.)
