I was deeply disappointed about the paper and printing quality. Additionally milk didn’t communicate the delivery cost and time before checkout- that it’s printed in Hong Kong. Would have expected more of an Apple experience when I use iPhoto to create such a book. Definitely not worth quality price ratio.

The toll (tariffs) information is not clearly indicated; resulting in hefty +25% fee, that i need to pay separately, leading to additional delays and complexity. When i am making a purchase online, i expect the price information to be more transparent and the sender to take care of the shipping costs including taxes.

Overall the product is nice. I bought it for our family to have as a keepsake. My gripe is I received a notification after payment has been processed several days later that I had a duty fee from my shipping company since the product is coming from China to the US? Needless to say I was pretty annoyed I’d be paying $40 plus an additional $30 for “shipping”. Definitely not worth the price to be honest.

The binding does not seem as study as prior years. Also the finishes are not as detailed

Incredibly expensive books of poor printing quality. The printing of our photos was so dark - no offer to reprint despite same photos from other vendors being better (lighter and brighter). I’m really disappointed, we spent so much of our wedding gift money on two large books, and expected it to be of high quality. Customer service was responsive, but did not offer a re-print of our book. Shall not be recommending to any family and friends. Save your money and go with a more affordable vendor who will actually respond to your concerns and make sure you are happy with the outcome.
