Incredibly expensive books of poor printing quality. The printing of our photos was so dark - no offer to reprint despite same photos from other vendors being better (lighter and brighter). I’m really disappointed, we spent so much of our wedding gift money on two large books, and expected it to be of high quality. Customer service was responsive, but did not offer a re-print of our book. Shall not be recommending to any family and friends. Save your money and go with a more affordable vendor who will actually respond to your concerns and make sure you are happy with the outcome.

I never write reviews, but this feels warranted. I was impressed with everything about this company, except for its shipping. I don't remember the last time I had to pay $50 for shipping for something other than furniture. When I am paying $500 for a book, I wouldn't expect another $50 charge. It seems absolutely absurd. I reached out and had a cold response from customer support, letting me know the shipping is by product, which also is ridiculous. I asked questions and didn't receive a response, so went to chat and got a small discount code that barely put a dent in the shipping. Overall, POOR customer experience. I would have just asked for my $ back (had a voucher I already paid for) if I didn't spend hours perfecting the design. I will never be ordering from here again and will take my business back to Artifact Uprising.

Quality a lot less than was expecting, very disappointed

Too expensive for cheap unsharp prints that feel so digital.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the book, especially when the books are not cheap! The binding seemed very cheap and flimsy, like it could easily be broken. It didn't seem to meet a quality standard. Also, you can't upload photos in bulk, which was painful, but I expected the book to be fabulous (which sadly it wasn't).
