The letters on the cover and side of the book are not clear. It’s pretty blurry which is a disappointment to clients

I am not very satisfied with the output quality of the pictures.
We uploaded high resolution files, but the pictures do not look sharp at all. We have printed multiple albums from other places and the quality was very good.
The quality of the album itself is very good. The paper quality is also great, but the printing need to be of higher quality.

There are empty pages the layout does not give you an option to add photos to add on and photos are so small and not the best quality. Thought it was going to be a lot different.

The site & design experience was good, though one-sided layouts needed some manual adjustment often.The production process and shipping went fairly quickly, all within the advertised timelines.
The paper and material quality is good, but the printing quality is atrocious for an Original book with Satin paper. Blacks are not black, dot pitch is huge, there’s colour banding - a consumer inkjet would’ve done an equally good if not better job.
For the premium price, this is not a good photo book.
