I had expected image quality to be much higher. Our high res wedding images appear a bit blurry and quality isn't as I had hoped for a splurge on a wedding album. The book itself is well made but photo quality really not great.
Disappointing quality for the classic photobook

We got a classic photo book for our engagement photos for a guestbook display at our wedding, and was really disappointed at the poor quality of the printing. There were all these raving reviews… but perhaps all these praises were for the premium version only. I thought it was mostly a difference in the binding and paper, but the quality of the colour print had lost so much of the resolution, it was worse than a random print from a common photo shop, and for a higher price. We were planning to go for the premium version for our wedding photos but now we’ve really lost our confidence. Customer service was good though, I asked about which paper is good for signing and they sent me some samples without extra cost (although premium paper only, not the ones I asked for..)

We ordered an album with board pages, but at the end, we received an album with a normal paper, this happened due to the quantity of the pages and that information was on a disclaimer that we never saw. So was a little bit confused about the disclaimers and the journey at the moment to finish the order.
