We got a classic photo book for our engagement photos for a guestbook display at our wedding, and was really disappointed at the poor quality of the printing. There were all these raving reviews… but perhaps all these praises were for the premium version only. I thought it was mostly a difference in the binding and paper, but the quality of the colour print had lost so much of the resolution, it was worse than a random print from a common photo shop, and for a higher price. We were planning to go for the premium version for our wedding photos but now we’ve really lost our confidence. Customer service was good though, I asked about which paper is good for signing and they sent me some samples without extra cost (although premium paper only, not the ones I asked for..)

We ordered an album with board pages, but at the end, we received an album with a normal paper, this happened due to the quantity of the pages and that information was on a disclaimer that we never saw. So was a little bit confused about the disclaimers and the journey at the moment to finish the order.

First, you need to let people know your location. Extremely expensive to have them shipped to another part of the world. Working through them was excruciating and due to the difference in time even more difficult. Your web page is terribly unfriendly. You need to fix it, explain better and upgrade it. You need to let one know that safari does not work well. Once you informed me that Chrome was the one to use, I was finally able to finish. The photographs take too long to download. You did respond quickly to all my questions. Your books look beautiful and I did not mind paying the price, but with all the difficulties, I will not use you again. I have not seen the books which arrived with delay (you said when asked due to covid) to my daughter's address, and she did say they were beautiful. I will be able to see them in a few months and hope to be happy with them. Thank you.

The software seems to be easy to use but I'm quite disappointed with the final product when it arrives. The paper is super thin which easily creases if not turning the pages carefully. The image quality is average and not as sharp as I expected. I would never order from them again. There are many better quality photobooks out there with very reasonable prices.

I bought the new Wedding Magazine for my wedding photos and found the process of uploading and arranging the images to be very easy. My low review is because it was not made clear from the website or product images that the magazine format is soft cover, which is not very durable or safe for such precious images. There is also not an option for a presentation box for this format, which does not make sense. In my opinion future brides should avoid using the Wedding Magazine format until Milk gets a better grip on this product.
