Not happy with paper and print quality

The software seems to be easy to use but I'm quite disappointed with the final product when it arrives. The paper is super thin which easily creases if not turning the pages carefully. The image quality is average and not as sharp as I expected. I would never order from them again. There are many better quality photobooks out there with very reasonable prices.
Disappointed in Wedding Magizine

I bought the new Wedding Magazine for my wedding photos and found the process of uploading and arranging the images to be very easy. My low review is because it was not made clear from the website or product images that the magazine format is soft cover, which is not very durable or safe for such precious images. There is also not an option for a presentation box for this format, which does not make sense. In my opinion future brides should avoid using the Wedding Magazine format until Milk gets a better grip on this product.

Product looks great, but they only tell European shoppers that prices are exclusive of tax and duties during checkout after all the work of designing the book is done. If I hadn't have put so much effort in I wouldn't have completed the purchase.
Their line seems to be that they have no control over custom charges and import taxes. Which is correct, however most online retailers operating across borders will collect and remit the taxes on checkout. This provides price transparency and avoids FedEx charging €10 admin fee to collect the taxes from the shopper on import.

The true rewards payment system did not work and it took you a long time to remedy the fault. It would have been nice if you were more upfront about the delivery time. Sadly the picture quality and print quality was somewhat disappointing. The binding and the canvas on the book were however beautiful.

Book was good, £18 delivery charge on a £65 book (>20% of total order cost) which wasn't clearly communicated upfront is outrageous. These are ridiculously high shipping costs for any online purchase, let alone one of this size (medium photobook). Printing is in Hong Kong but that's the company decision which customers are been punished for.
