Milestones

The book is very pretty on the outside. But the high-resolution, high-quality photos I provided were not sharp in the book. Too bad for a wedding album which is very important to us.

I was originally excited to receive the MILK book I created for our wedding day! The process to build it online was fairly user friendly and did not require you to be a tech wizard or master photographer. When it arrived I thought it was absolutely beautiful. Great quality and everything. Then, after a few days (I just got it last month), the back cover started to curve and bend. Now, the book doesn’t lie flat! I am trying to get it back to the appropriate shape, which I shouldn’t have to do; especially having the book less than 1 month. I actually am a little upset because we paid a good amount of our hard earned money to capture these memories. It’s unfortunate, but I don’t think I’ll order from here again. The quality apparently wasn’t as great as I thought. :-(

Sadly, I have been very disappointed with this service. the books have wonderful colors, however the books themselves don't hold up. My covers (3 books) have warped, making these rather expensive books look cheap - and won't last. I am sad to say this, as I expected higher quality for the price.

The book is fine there's nothing wrong with it. I was disappointed with the quality to me it was no different in quality to what I can buy from snapfish at 1/4 of the cost. I spent more money on this photo book to display my wedding photos and was happy to pay the extra after reading about the company and the superior quality it offers. However, I was very disappointed and couldn't tell the difference between the Milk book and older snapfish books I've bought previously. I would not waste my money purchasing a milk book in the future when I can buy the same thing for significantly less from a different company.

Lackluster quality. Hassle-filled delivery. Happily going back to my usual album print lab.
