First of all I got a gift card as a present. When I wanted to use it not only the gift card didn’t cover the shipping but you cannot use promo codes or even use it more than once so I basically paid a lot more for what I ordered and had some money left on the gift card that was lost... a scamThe website is easy to navigate and that’s the main value but the quality of the pictures is poor. Overall the design and the cover are great, poor image quality, great web navigation, poor customer experience and the price through the roof vs what you get

The photos came out very dark and grainy. I was disappointed. The canvas texture of the book was very thin too and felt cheap. The book was smaller than I anticipated as well. And the bind was so tight I couldn't really turn the pages okay it was annoying.

The cover was beautiful, but it was overpriced for the quality of the pages inside the book. The product description made it seem like the pages were going to be heavier so when you are flipping through the pages over time you would not see creases on the pictures. Frankly, highly disappointing at this high price point.

Very expensive for the size I received. Some of the pictures are so small you can’t see faces well. After all the hours I put into it, I thought it would be perfect, and it’s not. The pages are nice, the cover is nice. It’s just much smaller than I expected and not being able to see the pictures well upsets me. I wouldn’t recommend unless you do the largest size and avoid putting too many pictures on the pages.

The cover page was a picture glued on with poor quality printing. Not quite what I was expecting. Wouldn’t order from here again
