Milestones

Unfortunately I feel that the images are not crisp and not reflective of the true colours that were reflected when I was working with the images on screen. The book itself, the cover pages & binding are fine, however for quite a lot of money & work by myself to get this right, it would be fair to say I'm pretty disappointed. In the text, I also believe that there a 'spaces' or 'line returns' that did not appear in my on screen version but are now in the printed version. :-(

the cover of the photo book looks unprofessional and not like the picture previews. It’s just a sticker, it’s not indented or set back at all. Considering how expensive this book was I am disappointed.

When I called the customer service, no one was answering the phone. I left a message but no one called me back. When I finally got through, my questions were not answered. I asked to speak to someone in the technical department, but was told that was not allowed.

Honestly, the prints in the album look great, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of how the photographs look in them....but the album cover feels like cheap quality, the cover image is also not how it looks like in the product overview when choosing what design you want to start building from. I guess I could look into a more expensive album to up the quality.. but from this experience I will most likely not order from Milkbooks again. I originally used it because of a discount promo code. It’s cute but not what I was aiming for in the end.
