I was really excited about using MILK books for my client's wedding photo album, especially since the brand is associated with Moleskin, a product I have grown to love. I was betting on that same Moleskin quality to be in the album. Unfortunately, what I received did not live up to standard and was not worth the time, effort, and money poured into creating the album. After less than a month of having the album (approximately 40 pages), the title page is separating from the rest of the binding. This gap is evident when you open the album and when you lay it flat. Additionally, the pages seem like little more than cardboard. I really wasn't impressed and could have paid an equal amount with my traditional labs (Miller's and WHCC) and received something of better quality. Overall, the saving grace was the packaging (the box was a nice touch but given that the album has been sitting in the box for a month untouched, I'm not sure why I am having binding issues already). I really hope MILK steps it up. The design process is intuitive but the product is sub-par.

Hi, the quality of paper is not what I expected. I'm using pro printer with Hahnemuhle fine art paper. I expected something like that quality in the book. I won't use your services again. Regards, Laszlo

I called and was told someone would call me back about my matter but no one has in two weeks. I ordered two books and in my opinion there needs to be size dimensions given in the very beginning, not small medium or large, it’s very misleading and now I have to duplicate a book in a bigger size. And spend over $100 to do so. Quality isn’t as good as when apple did it direct.

Order delayed for more than a week. No apologies for being late. Way overpriced. Wouldn't recommend.

I typically don’t write reviews because honestly I don’t have much time. But I felt like I needed to for this. My wedding album is very personal and meaningful and we spent near half a grand on this purchase. I expected high quality material, but unfortunately it’s not what I got. The first thing I noticed is - my wedding photo book smells horrible. It’s the same smell when I walked into a dollar store to buy some $1 tennis balls. My dad told me to avoid those stores because the material they use to make stuff comes from toxic waste or something from China. Not sure what Milk book uses but it smells so bad, I have to leave my photo book outside in the sun to try and air out. And the album is made in China. That makes me suspicious of its so call “quality”. Secondly, some of the prints look weird. Several photos came out way too dark. Others had a weird blue line that outlined my husband the groom. Look, if I only paid $50, I wouldn’t be complaining. But I spent a lot of money in order to get something of PREMIUM quality, and I was severely disappointed. I wouldn’t use Milk book again if this kind of quality is normal.
