Difficult to select images and build your own book. Not the most user-friendly site. Mostly upset that the book did not arrive when expected. I paid extra for shipping to arrive in time for my wedding and then it did not leave hongkong for nearly a week. Came after wedding which is meant to be our guest book.

The paper quality was not as accepted, similar to the basic Shutterfly books but double the cost. The cover did have a nice touch but overall I’m not sure it’s worth the value even on sale

While the quality of the books is good, the online program to prepare the books is clunky and difficult to use. There are a limited set of templates that can be used and text boxes cannot be added. The program that I used on the Milk books website 3 years ago seemed to be much easier to use and did not take so long to customise.

Quite disappointed with this product. The quality seems ok but the cost for the size of the album is not good value for money at all!
