While I really enjoy the quality of the milk books products, their expiration date for vouchers and projects are completely unrealistic and unnecessary. The books aren't exactly inexpensive and if you are going through 1000+ wedding photos take a long time to organize and complete. My husband and I bought 5 books and wanted them to be personalized for each family member they were purchased for. Unfortunately we didn't complete the books before our voucher expired and were given a 3 month extension, which still was less than a year from the purchase date. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you use milk books just make sure you are prepared to complete your books before the expiration, otherwise you will lose money.

The picture quality was lackluster to say the least. The cover photo especially looks blurry and the finish on it is strange. I reached out to customer service, who told me that if I wanted high quality photos I need to purchase the “premium album”. This is a total scam considering how much I paid for a simple album. Would never recommend.
