I spent a few hours creating a photobook only to find out during checkout that they charge $26 dollars for shipping! After spending $400 on a photobook, why in the world would this company have the audacity to charge for premium shipping? Needless to say I wasted my time creating a photobook because I am definitely not paying almost $30 for shipping.

I used the service for a university project. I ordered a book and the binding was not as showing on the picture but another type of binding which was very annoying due to the high pricing and the lower quality than expected and that promised on the website. I would love to have an explanation. I also had to hand in to my teacher so that is the reason why I couldn't send it back otherwise I would have because it is very disappointed from what was showing in regards of binding!!!!

I was very disappointed with the quality, especially given the price. The paper was super thin. They quality is obviously noticeably inferior to other photobook companies I have used. I would not use again.
